What Is a USFans Spreadsheet?
Understand the role of a product research directory, what its fields mean, and which details still need checking at the source.
The short answer
A USFans Spreadsheet is an organised set of product references used before an agent purchase. It may be a shared sheet or a website with search and category filters. The useful part is the relationship between a specific product, its available information and its source link.
It does not hold the item for you. A saved row cannot freeze a seller’s price, stock, variants or delivery conditions. Think of the directory as a starting point for research rather than a checkout or a guarantee.
Read the fields together
A title tells you what the uploader calls the item. A category helps narrow a search. A brand field, where supported by the source, provides another research clue. None of these independently verifies the product’s identity or authenticity.
The source URL is especially useful because it gives you something specific to reopen. Follow that link and compare the title, images, options and visible measurements with the saved reference. If those details disagree, stop treating the match as established.
If a price is shown, check the currency and verification date. Product cost and international freight are different expenses. A reference without a reliable price should leave that question open rather than display a guessed amount.
Use a small shortlist
Choose a category or a few descriptive words, then keep two or three plausible references. Compare the same fields across them. A long list of attractive thumbnails becomes less useful when you cannot tell which size, version or source each one belongs to.
Save the exact reference URL and the options you mean. The later order and warehouse QC should be compared with that record, not with a memory of a similar picture.
What this website adds
This directory keeps product references on individual pages, records source information and withholds images without an approved reuse grant. Missing information stays missing. Publication in a directory does not certify the seller or the item.
