How to Use a USFans Spreadsheet
Build a useful shortlist, check the current source and carry the exact product details forward into an order.
Start with one research goal
Decide what kind of item you are looking for before opening dozens of references. A generic type such as low-top sneakers or a zip-up hoodie is often a better first search than an extremely long catalog title.
Use category filters to reduce the field. Add a brand filter only when it helps your particular task. If a search is empty, remove one condition at a time so you can see which detail was too restrictive.
Compare a few candidates
Open each plausible product in its own detail page. Record the source link, selected color or size, available measurements and any missing information. Keep a short list that you can actually compare.
Use a price range only when the records contain reliable prices in the same currency. A low product price alone says little about the eventual total. Domestic delivery, optional services, payment adjustments and international freight may occur at different stages.
Reopen the source
The reference page is not the final authority on current stock or terms. Follow the corresponding SheetsIndex source link, then inspect the next responsible listing where available. Check that the item and selected options are still the ones you researched.
Do not substitute a visually similar result when a link is broken. Record the uncertainty and seek a current, identifiable source. A different photograph or item ID may mean a different product rather than an updated version of the same one.
Preserve the decisions
Before submitting anything through an agent, save the exact product reference and write down size, color, quantity and any measurements you need confirmed. A screenshot can explain the visual target, but it should not replace a specific URL and option record.
When warehouse photos arrive, compare them against that record. Only after you have resolved QC questions should you finish parcel and shipping decisions.
See how to find product links and how to check QC photos for the next steps.
Sources & further reading
These sources support the workflow context. They do not verify a specific seller, item, price or shipping route.
