How to Check QC Photos
Review visible warehouse evidence systematically and identify what a set of photos cannot establish.
Compare the item with your order record
Quality-control photographs are useful after an item reaches a warehouse. Begin by confirming that the photographed item matches the ordered product, color, size label, quantity and accessories. A clear photo of the wrong variant still shows the wrong item.
Keep the original source link and selected options beside the photos. Seller catalog images can explain the intended appearance, but they do not establish what arrived for your order.
Review from overview to detail
First inspect the full item and its overall condition. Then compare paired or matching parts: left and right shoes, both sleeves, separate pieces of a set or included accessories. Look for obvious mismatches before focusing on one small detail.
Inspect the supplied close-ups for visible stains, damage, seams, edges, labels, print placement and hardware. Do not assume an unphotographed area is satisfactory. A missing angle is an information gap, not evidence that no problem exists.
Use measurements only when they are shown
A ruler, tape or explicit warehouse note can support a visible measurement. Perspective and the absence of a scale make precise size guesses unreliable. If a measurement is essential to your decision, ask the responsible service whether it can supply that evidence before approving the parcel.
Do not confuse a garment’s measured dimensions with a guarantee of fit. Your intended fit, layering and the way a measurement was taken still matter.
Record the decision and the uncertainty
List what is visibly correct, what appears wrong and what the photos cannot answer. Then review the available request, hold, return or approval options inside the service handling your order.
Photos cannot reliably prove authenticity, exact internal materials, long-term durability or comfort. Keeping those limits explicit leads to a more useful decision than a blanket pass or fail based on a single attractive image.
