Perfume
Perfume references need a different checklist from clothing. Start with the exact name, stated volume and selected bottle or packaging option in the source record. A group photograph may show multiple sizes or versions; save the option image with its reference ID so they are not confused later. Ask what the selected price includes if a box, case or additional bottle is pictured. Labels and packaging can be compared visually, but a photo cannot establish the contents, scent, concentration or authenticity. Keep any unanswered formulation or inclusion question in your notes instead of filling it from a familiar-looking bottle.

Request readable labels
A clear front, base and packaging view can help identify the selected version. Compare the stated volume with the option text rather than estimating bottle size from the card image.
