Second QC Photo Angle vs Measurement: Which Question Fits?
Choose between asking for another receiving-photo angle and asking for a specific measurement when a Yupoo QC concern cannot be resolved from the available image.
Name the uncertainty before requesting more work
Another photograph helps with a visible feature hidden by the current angle. A measurement helps with a dimension that needs a defined point and unit. Neither proves authenticity, fit or durability. Ask the handling service what checks are available for this item before assuming it will perform either.
Use a second angle for a visible feature
If the concern is a colour area, label position or included component, point to the existing image and name the missing view. The targeted close-up request shows how to keep the question bounded.
Use a measurement for a numerical question
State the exact point, unit and selected variant. A bare number without a method cannot be compared reliably with a seller chart. If the chart itself is unclear, resolve that source question first rather than asking the warehouse to interpret it.
Record an unavailable answer
The service may offer neither check. Mark the result unknown, not passed or failed. Attach any response to the received item ID and compare it with the original approved option. The packaging-only photo scenario is one reason a new view may be useful.
If a seller answers “same as photo” before purchase, the ambiguous-claim clarification belongs to that earlier stage, not to warehouse QC.
