How to Split Yupoo Items into Separate Parcels
Prepare a conditional parcel-split instruction using received item references, separate destination groups and a final confirmation before dispatch.
Wait until the received items are identifiable
Splitting a buying list into two shipments is a later handling decision, not a property of the original Yupoo albums. This guide helps describe a parcel request after items can be matched to receiving records. It does not claim that any service offers a particular split or shipping route.
List the accepted item references and their received status. If one item has not arrived or has an unresolved QC question, do not mark it ready for dispatch. Keep the original seller and album context accessible, but use the service's item or receiving reference for the parcel instruction.
Make two non-overlapping groups
- Parcel A: list each confirmed item reference and intended destination.
- Parcel B: a separate list and destination.
- Pending: items that should not be assigned yet.
- Open question: packaging or handling detail to confirm.
The item-ID matching guide helps prevent a seller line from being assigned to the wrong parcel.
Ask for a proposed packing plan
Ask the handling service whether the split is available and how it will identify each included item. Do not presume cost, route, timing or destination support. Compare the proposed parcel lists with your non-overlapping groups before authorizing dispatch.
The multi-item QC issue log helps keep unresolved items out of a ready group. If your intention is the opposite—combining received goods—use the existing one-shipment consolidation guide.
Retain the final map
After confirmation, keep a record of which accepted item reference went into which parcel. A prepared split instruction is not evidence of dispatch; mark it complete only when the handling service confirms its actual action. Keep purchase questions separate from forwarding decisions.
