Ordering from Yupoo: From Confirmed Item to Order Record
Track a specific Yupoo enquiry through item confirmation, accepted purchase and order records, keeping later receiving and parcel references distinct.
Separate the enquiry, confirmation and order records
This guide follows a selected item from enquiry to an accepted order record; it is not a checklist for finding a seller or choosing a purchasing route.
For the adjacent task, see identify a purchase route for a Yupoo album find.
For a Yupoo find, the album reference, buying enquiry, accepted purchase and outward parcel are different records. This guide focuses on the hand-offs between them. It does not describe a universal Yupoo checkout or promise that a purchasing service will accept a particular item.
Send an enquiry that identifies one selection
Attach the complete album link and identify the seller's item reference, chosen variant and quantity. State any unresolved question, such as whether the pictured size chart applies to that variant. If several items are involved, give each one a separate label so a reply cannot be attached to the wrong product.
Wait for an item-specific confirmation
Ask the seller or purchasing service to confirm what it is agreeing to handle. Compare the returned listing and options with your original enquiry. A request receipt, automatic acknowledgement or product preview should not be treated as confirmation of stock or a completed purchase.
Before approving the next step, preserve the written response and any conditions that apply to the actual item. Where a different listing or option is suggested, decide explicitly whether you accept the change.
Connect the purchase to later records
Once an order is accepted, record its reference next to the original album and agreed selection. If receiving records or inspection photographs become available, use that reference to match them to the intended item. Report an observable mismatch with the order reference and relevant image rather than starting a new, ambiguous conversation.
International dispatch is a further decision. Link the parcel reference to the orders it contains and keep tracking information separate from the seller-to-warehouse delivery record.
What if the order changes?
Write down the changed option and the response that approved it. Keep the original request for comparison instead of editing away the history. This makes it easier to explain what was requested, what was agreed and what was received.
