Purchasing help and logistics are separate choices

CNXtrans describes international freight forwarding, consolidation and a buy-for-me service. [1] Decide whether you need purchasing assistance or only shipping for goods bought directly from a supplier. This guide does not assume that any particular Yupoo seller or item is accepted.

Prepare the supplier information

Send the exact album reference, item specification, quantity and destination with your enquiry. Ask the seller for a usable listing or written quote. If the order involves several cartons or suppliers, explain that rather than presenting it as one ordinary retail item.

Match incoming goods to your request

For goods purchased directly, keep a list of domestic tracking references and what each parcel contains. Obtain current receiving instructions from CNXtrans. Ask which receiving or inspection records will be available; logistics receipt alone is not detailed product QC.

Ask for a shipment-specific answer

Explain fragile parts, unusual dimensions and packaging requirements accurately. Request the available transport options for the actual contents and destination without assuming a quoted route applies to a different parcel.
